End-User License Agreement
Please read the following lines carefully before using this
software. If you disagree with any of the following, you are
not allowed to use this program. By using this application,
you agree to this understanding, and take full responsibility
for its use, including any damages incurred. If you do not
agree to these terms, you must remove this application from
all systems that it is installed on.
HTML Batch Editor Professional is licensed, not sold, and
can therefore note be altered in any way.
In this EULA, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT refers to Lucersoft HTML
Batch Editor Professional.
Distribution
You are not allowed to copy a FULL REGISTERED VERSION of SOFTWARE
PRODUCT in any way.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be distributed as part of another
commercial product. You are allowed to copy Shareware or DEMO
version of SOFTWARE PRODUCT (and ONLY the Shareware version
or DEMO version) and give it to any other person, as long
as it is not modified in any way. Under modifications is understood
the changing, adding or removing of any files of this package
without the author's written permission. You are NOT allowed
to pack this program together with a commercial program or
a book. Shareware dealers are allowed to sell the Shareware
or DEMO version for a small fee. You are encouraged to put
this program on as many BBS systems as possible. The distribution
on CD-ROM is also permitted, as long as the original files
are not changed in any way. Please contact as if you want
to distribute the program with a different installation program,
changed files etc.
Software
You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on
one computer. Each registered copy of this software may be
used in only one single location by one user.If you install
the software onto a multi-user platform or network, each and
every individual user of the software must be registered separately.
Storage/Network Use
You may store or install a copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on
one computer to allow your other computers to use the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT over an internal network. However, you must acquire
and dedicate a license for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for each computer
on which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is used. A license for the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT may not be shared or used concurrently on different
computers.
Backup
You may make a single backup copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
You may use the backup copy solely for archival purposes.
Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation and Disassembly
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Separation of Components
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its
component parts may not be separated for use on more than
one computer.
Rental
You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

The software comes with 60-days e-mail (support@lucersoft.com)
and web-based support at www.lucersoft.com .
Registration name and password
After you register SOFTWARE PRODUCT you receive a registration
name and password. Your registration name must be your real
name or real company name. No others is allowed. Lucersoft
can change the registration name so that satisfy purpose listed
above.Y ou may not disclose your password to any third parties
or share it with any third parties.
Discontinuance and Termination of Licence
This Licence will terminate immediately without further notice
to you if you breach any provision of this Licence. On termination
of this Licence you must destroy all copies, reproductions
and translations of the Software and remove and destroy the
Software from any work in which it has been modified or merged.
You must give us reasonable proof of these actions and will
certify in writing that you have done so. No refund or credit
is given on termination of the Licence, regardless of the
reason for termination.
The termination of this Licence will be without prejudice
to any rights which we may have. Upon termination of this
Licence by us for whatever cause, we are discharged and released
from all obligations under this Licence. Your obligations
specified in this Licence will survive the termination of
this Licence and you must continue to comply with those obligations
notwithstanding the termination.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of an ESD (Electronic Software
Delivery) transaction and the lack of physical product shipment,
product return for refund is not available.
Exclusion of warranties and liability
LUCERSOFT MAY NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED
BY THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED
"AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE
NEITHER MAKE ANY WARRANTY NOR APPROVE THE MAKING OF ANY REPRESENTATION
THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE
OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL SATISFY
YOUR REQUIREMENTS. |
