Replace  function

String functions

Syntax

result = Replace (String, sOld, sNew)

Description:

Replaces all occurrences of sOld by sNew at a String and returns result.

Arguments:

String - String from which the all occurrences the sOld will be replaced by sNew.

sOld - String to be replaced by sNew.

sNew - String replacing sOld

Examples:

String = "Hello World"
StringResult = Replace(String,"World","Friends")

StringResult is now "Hello Friends"
